Traditional Process

Our ghee starts with the finest quality butter from grass-fed cows. The butter is gently heated in a slow process that allows the water to evaporate, leaving behind a pure concentration of fat. The milk solids settle at the bottom and are carefully removed, resulting in a clear, golden oil that is ghee. This meticulous process ensures our ghee retains its natural aromas, flavors, and nutritional properties.

The Golden Ghee cooking process involves much more than just the use of heat. It is a complete experience, where precision, time, manual labor and the subtle effects of sound and vibration are intertwined. Golden Ghee gains its additional dimension through conscious exposure to various sounds, harmonic frequencies and acoustic vibrations that accompany the entire cooking process.

This unique approach, which can be described as the enhancement of cooking with sound effects, contributes to the special depth of flavor, structure and known fullness of Ghee. Various musical instruments and sound tools are present during cooking, the purpose of which is to fill the space and content with harmonic resonance. Sound is not used as an addition, but as an integral part of the process and as an invisible ingredient that co-creates the final product.

Cooking also takes place with the accompaniment of selected soothing acoustics and a state-of-the-art sound system, directed directly at the cooking ghee. Thus, even during the long process itself, ghee is “informed” with high frequencies, which further enrich its properties. This practice is also inspired by the studies of Masaru Emoto, a researcher of the influence of sound, words and frequencies on the structure of water crystals, who thus drew attention to the importance of the energetic influence of the environment on matter.

At the end of the cooking, each cauldron of ghee is additionally treated with the sound of sea horns or shells, which represents the final sound seal in the sign of the golden spiral for each individual batch. The cooking process itself takes place in cauldrons made of quartz crystal or pure silicon, which is known as a semiconductor. During cooking, a Tesla generator is also directed into the cauldron, which emits scalar waves into the silicon oxide in seven stages, symbolically associated with the chakras. In the ghee kitchen, there are holders on the walls and ceiling for various powerful sound tools, which we use during cooking both to maintain the vibration of the space and to deepen our presence in the process itself. Sound, music and high frequencies are therefore not just accompaniment, but active co-creators of the environment in which Golden Ghee is created as a culinary masterpiece, imbued with attention, rhythm and consciousness.
