Preparation:

Ghee or butter oil has a very high temperature tolerance. For preparation, heat up 1 tea spoon for a medium sized pot. Let Ghee warm up well and add just enough corn for the grains to cover the pot’s bottom. Let the grains ‘breathe’ so that they have enough space to bounce. Calm yourself and the fire down, it is about to start! For a crunchier experience keep the lid slightly open so that the vapour can escape. In African rhythms rock the pot over the fire and enjoy the cracking while it lasts. Be careful not to burn it. The royal popcorn is ready.

Afterwards you can add another spoon of Golden Ghee, Ghee with truffles, garlic or sesame, or sprinkle it with some other healthy oil. Salt with quality salt and the magic is done.
