Delivery in summer

As the temperature warms up all over the country during the summer months, we advise our customers living outside Europe (a two-day delivery area from Slovenia) to avoid buying Ghee spreads such as Čeghee, Seghee, Leghee, Tartughee and Garghee, since products recommended storage temperature 3 to 13 degrees Celsius.

We can still send you our products, but by purchasing our products you agree that the Healthy Life Institute is not responsible for the delivery of defective products.

This is because we have no control over the handling of your order after we hand over the shipment to the carrier. Our carrier does not have any means of transportation in the refrigerator.

If you decide to place your order and do not live in a two-day delivery area from Slovenia, your order will not be packed with ice.

We are not responsible for damage or perishability of our products due to excessive heat in transit, and our carrier does not accept claims for heat damage.

If you are in doubt about the delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will check the possibility of sending your order before it is delivered.

With an additional payment, dry ice delivery can be arranged.

What happens when delivery is late and the product becomes perishable?

We will be happy to refund the cost of the perishable goods resulting from the delay of the courier (Package delayed transit, etc.).

However, we cannot accept responsibility for delayed delivery and consequently defective products as a result of your incorrectly entered address at the time of ordering and delivery of spreads during the summer months.

Contract withdrawal

This section is governed by the Consumer Protection Act of Slovenia, which states :

(Article 43e of the CFSP)

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within fifteen days that he is withdrawing from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision.

If, in the case referred to in the preceding article of this Act, the consumer has withdrawn from the contract, the company must return to it all payments made.

The payment must be repaid as soon as possible and no later than fifteen days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.

If a business is late in repayment, it must pay the consumer, in addition to the statutory default interest, another tenth of the payments received for each completed thirty days of late repayment.

Written notice of cancellation or withdraw from the contract can by made by e-mail or fax.

Purchase in the online store or any other personal data transmission on the online store pages is allowed only to legally - capable persons older than 18 years, other persons must obtain the legal consent of parents or guardian for any information provided.

Zavod za zdravo življenje assumes no liability and cannot be held liable for any damage to your computer / hardware or other property and viruses that could affect your equipment as a result of your visit to, use of, or browse through the Site, or your download any material, data, text, images and video or audio from this site.

Any disputes between the parties that originate or are in any connection with the online store shall be settled by mutual agreement, otherwise the parties agree that the dispute will be settled by the competent court in Novo mesto.
