In the future, until general terms and conditions are not amended or cancelled, every view and each transaction that is carried out on our site binds you to the stated conditions.

All such changes are binding and will in their newest and valid version be available to everyone. Changes apply from the moment of publication.

Golden-ghee.com online store is opened 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Due to unforeseen technical or other reasons of force majeure, operating through our online store or even accessing it sometimes may not be possible. INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHY LIVING therefore reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for definite or indefinite time, to limit or completely block access to the online store, or otherwise restrict or stop the operations of the online store.
Shipping summer Notice:
As the temperatures heat up across the country during the summer months, we strongly advise our customers, who live outside of the Europe (two-day shipping area from Slovenia), to avoid buying Ghee spreads such as Ceghee, Seghee, Leghee, Tartughee and Garghee, because this products have a recommended storage temperature ranging from 3 to 13 degrees celsius.
We can still ship you our products, but by buying our products, you agree that you will not held Istitue for healthy living responsible for spoiled food.
The reason for this is that we do not have any control over the handling of your order once it is handed over to carrier. Our shipping provider do NOT have any kind of refrigerated methods of transportation that we know of.
In the event that you decide to ship your order via ground when outside of the two-day shipping area then your order will not be packed on ice. We are not responsible for damage or spoilage due to excessive heat in transit, and our shipping carrier will not accept claims for heat damage.
If in doubt, please contact us and we would be more than happy to discuss shipping your order before it is placed. ( "With extra paying we can do option with dryed ice".)
What happens if the parcel is late or if the goods arrive spoiled?
We will gladly refund the cost of spoiled perishable goods that arrive late as a result of the courier making an error ( Package delayed in transit etc ... ).
We cannot take responsibility for a parcel that was spoiled as a result of an incorrect shipping address entered in the order.
This part is governed by the Consumer protection act, which states:

In case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 15 day that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to give reasons why.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract in case of the previous article, the company is obliged to refund all payments made.
The refund of payments must be carried out as soon as possible or within 15 day from the moment of the receipt of the notification of withdrawal at the latest. If the company is late with the refunds, it is obliged to pay, in addition to statutory default interests, also 1/10 of received payments for every 30 days of delay in repayment.
Written notice about the cancellation of order or withdrawal from the contract should be sent via e-mail or fax.
Online purchase or any kind of personal data transmission is permitted only for legal – business entities over 18 years of age. Other persons have to obtain a legally valid consent of a parent or guardian.
INSTITUTE FOR HEALTHY LIVING assumes no responsibility and cannot be liable for any damage to your computer equipment / hardware or other property and viruses that may affect your equipment due to your visit to the page, its usage or browsing, or your transfer of any kind of materials, texts, data, images and video or audio records from this page.
Any disputes between the parties arising or in any way related to the online store are resolved amicably; otherwise the parties agree that the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in Novo mesto.
