Our second Mother is our biological mother, who feeds us with her milk, the vibrations of her heartbeat, her gentle singing voice, and the movements of her body.

She eats selected foods and drinks during pregnancy, then protects us and prepares food throughout our childhood until our first steps into a new, upright reality.

With her help, it soon becomes our turn as food creators.

We are the third in this lineage of nourishment, holding the awareness of food, culture, and life itself.
