14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from Golden-Ghee.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly by email before the 14-day period expires.

RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of receipt.
Products should be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
For food, cosmetic, hygiene-sensitive or sealed products, the right of return may be limited after the original seal or packaging has been opened where applicable under consumer protection rules.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, the additional shipping cost is not refundable.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that the products have been sent back.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns made because you changed your mind or exercised your right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless otherwise agreed.
Please use suitable protective packaging when returning products.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly supplied products will be covered by us where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including, for example:
- Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Products made or customised specifically for the customer
This does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective or not as described.
